For the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, 8 Foot Bed without OEM Prep Pkg. I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC Truck, # C16429-204 as this is confirmed to fit the 2020 models. The part number you linked to is for earlier models of the Chevy/GMC.
The # C16429-204 brackets mount beneath your truck bed to provide attachment points for ISR 5th-wheel rails. This will allow you mount any 5th wheel hitch such the Pro 20k.
