How To Remove The Pin From The Inno Tire Hold

Question:
Hi. I cant remove the pin. Ive been trying a few times and it remsons stuck.

There is a certain way that the Inno Tire Hold 2 # INH120 pin goes in. It has a specific shape so you will have to rotate that pin until it hits the right spot and then it'll come out no problem. I've included a video for you and around the 7:40 mark you will see what I'm talking about.
