Question:
I actually have 2 questions. 1 my Sprinter has an Owl ladder and spare tire carrier on the back and I use the Aero gear space. That means an extender which I have. The Gear Space sags somewhat due to the angle of the gear space coupler and the sag of the extender. Add to the fact, that I have the landing gear option on my gear space, my ground clearance needs improving and I dont like the look of the sag compared to the install without the intender on other Sprinters. Can you solve this? 2 is a simpler solution. Need one of the options to line up the holes on the extender and the Gear Space. was glad yall sell something that will make it easier when I slide the gear space on since I am doing all that solo

From the pictures you sent it looks like your setup is overloaded. It is important to remember that the use of an extender like this will reduce the capacity of your hitch by 50%.
That means if you have a hitch like the Curt # C13388, your maximum tongue weight has been reduced from 600 lbs to 300 lbs. If your hitch has a 500 lbs maximum tongue weight it will be 250 lbs with the extender. According to the manufacturer, the minimum tongue weight rating for your hitch must be 350 lbs in order to use the GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier # HGK819.
The weight of the empty carrier with the TwinTube is 160 lbs. If you choose to continue to use this with the extender, you will have to reduce the cargo weight to ensure you do not overload the hitch. The only other solution is to remove the ladder and spare tire carrier so you have the full tongue weight capacity of your hitch, which will also eliminate the sag.
