Could the Yakima BedRock HD Clamp Onto a 2 Inch Square Bar

Question:

I would love to use this rack on my 5x8 utility trailer. The top rail is 2”x2” square. Will the Yakima clamps work on a square bar?

The Yakima BedRock HD # Y01160-58 isn't designed for this purpose so it's not something that has been tested, but you could likely make it work since the clamps will open up to accept a 2" tall bar for mounting. You may need to make some slight modifications to fit your specific application but the clamps will fit the 2 inch tall bars.
