Door Latch Recommendation to Replace Fastec 43610-09-SP

Question:

Hi, I have a 2015 Palomino Puma 32DBKS Travel Trailer. My entrance door lock does not work any more. There is a key cylinder for the deadbolt and one key cylinder to lock the latch. The deadbolt cylinder works but now after I locked the latch cylinder I can not open the latch lock. I am having trouble finding a replacement lock for my door. All the locks that should fit my trailer that are advertised on Etrailer have the locks on both sides of lock. My lock has both locks one under the other. I have sent a picture of my lock. Can you tell me what lock you sell to replace my OEM lock? Also, since I cant open the door, how would I change this lock and replace with one that Etrailer sells? There is no other way to gain entrance into my trailer. My OEM lock is a Fastec Lock with a key code of HF344. Thank you for any help

The exact door latch you have is the Fastec 43610-09-SP Travel Trailer Lock With Deadbolt which we do not carry. The Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000021 that you referenced is very similar and would be a great replacement. But you have to get your door to open first so you can remove the broken lock. I wish we knew of a way to break into your RV while causing minimal damage to it but that's not something we can safely recommend.

I need this lock FASTEC #44610-09-SP Travel Trailer Door Lock, Keyed, w/Keyed Deadbolt, White, 3.56 in. x 5.44 in., where can I find it, been looking for about a month and bought several that won’t work. I prefer black if I can find one
