Have easy load boat trailer double axel.need gray finders # 5291132 and 5291131.

It sounds like you are looking for the EZ-LOADER Gray Plastic Fender for 13" Tires, w/Cutout part 5291132 and 5291131. These are made for 13" tires and have a marker light cutout. The closest thing I have is the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders w/ Top and Side Steps - Gray Plastic - 12" Wheels - Qty 2 # CE19502-2.
These are designed for 12" wheels, so if you have 13" wheels they will not fit. They are 37-3/8" long x 8-7/8" wide x 9-1/2" tall with a skit height of 7-1/4". Each fender has 2 side steps and a top step. They are made of durable polypropylene.
If you need fenders for 13" wheels we do have the # CE19503-2 but the only color available is black.
