Yes, the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fenders # F008594-2 that you referenced will work on an EZ loader trailer like yours. These were designed for 14 inch wheels like what you have and we've had customers come back and tell us they worked well on your EZ loader trailers as well.
For brackets to install them you could then use the part # CE26061G-2 as well.
