LaSalle Bristol CrossBreeze Adjustable Toy Hauler Screen For 2010 Keystone Fuzion TT Toy Hauler

Question:
I have a 2010 Keystone Fuzion Touring Edition II. The measurement of rear opening width = 93 13/16, height = 88 1/8. And I realize the screen doesnt mount inside this opening, because that would reduce the opening for loading toys. The measurement between inside walls width = 98 1/2 to 5/8-. The height floor to ceiling = 98 1/2. From the descriptions, it sounds like the assembly is screwed into the side walls, just inside the rear metal door frame. I also have a power up/down ram for the rear ramp, and cables that should be on the outside of this screen, if I understand the mounting described. I can disconnect the ram after the ramp is down and supported by the cables so we have a deck or just down on the ground as a ramp. I took photos, so if you need some let me know. Is it possible to take the 99 1/8inch model apart and reduce the width to exactly the width I need? Or use the 97 3/4inch model and provide some spacers and foam to fill the small gap between the screen frame and the toy-hauler walls, to keep the critters out.

Yes, the LaSalle Bristol CrossBreeze Screen, # 3441409775PBK is attached to the inside wall of your toy hauler. The inside-wall-to-inside-wall measurement is what is crucial for fitment. For your RV, you provided a measurement of 98-1/2" so the 97-3/4" wide, # 3441409775PBK is what you will need.
There is not an option to disassemble and cut width for fitment.
When installing, you will need to fit within the walls of your RV and build-up the gap by using spacers, running a strip of lumber from floor to ceiling, something to bring the mounting point of the inside-wall-to-inside-wall into proper spec. You are looking at gap of 3/4" total. You may decide to split this, building each side up to close that gap or, mount off-center and only need to build up on the one side. With your 93-13/16" doorway, you may decide you have enough overlap.
The canister that this rolls into is 3" diameter. If you have bunks mounted to a rail that move up/down within your garage, you will need to consider that clearance.
