I have a great solution for you. Unfortunately, I confirmed with Swagman that the Stainless Steel Locking, Anti-Rattle Threaded Hitch Pin for 2" # SR25219 will not fit your Swagman XTC 2 Tilt # S64671 or # S64670. However, the part you need is the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks # S64029.
