Recommended Lightweight 1-2 Bike Rack That Can Tilt for Hatch Access

im looking for the lightest rack that i can access the back of hatchback while bike loaded for 1 or 2 bikes. also, lockable to hitch and bike

The Swagman XTC2 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S64671 is a very nice bike rack that is pretty lightweight at only 35 lbs. It can also be tilted back with the bikes still attached to allow for access into the hatch area. It can fold up as well, which will save you space when the bikes aren't loaded.
