Hi I recently broke the lock that came with my swagman Chinook bike rack. I was curious if this can fit that bike rack. Thank you.

The Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks # S64031 fits Swagman racks with 1-1/4" only shanks and 1-1/4" and 2" combination shanks. The Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S64683 has the combination shank, which means this lock will fit your bike rack.
