The Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Ram # 3024-P will snap directly onto a plug under the dash of your 2018 Ram 3500. Once it is snapped onto that plug, it will then need to be snapped into the port on the back of the Tekonsha P3 # 90195. You will then be completely connected and good to go.

I included an install video of the # 3024-P and # 90195 being installed on a 2015 Ram 3500 for you to check out as well.
