Thanks for all of the information!
The products you were looking at are all compatible.
Starting with the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension I would go ahead and use the # A35RD545 as it has the 3500lb rating which will be perfect for your intended trailer weight, and already includes the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern hubs that you were wanting.
The # ASR3500S04 is the exact same spindle just without hubs, and would work perfectly with the # CE13515 you mentioned, but there is not really much of a reason to go with this when it is available in a kit.
The # ASR2KHDS05 you mentioned only has a 2000lb weight capacity, so it will not work for the weight of your trailer.
Now the Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM3S334 only has a max load capacity of 1660lbs each as that is what the wheel is rated for so you will have a max load rating of 3320lbs which will work since you mentioned a 3300lb maximum, but you will need to be careful to not go over that weight.
Lastly the hubs included with the # A35RD545 have a 1/2" stud, so the Americana Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - Chrome Plated - 1/2"-20 # AM90049 will work perfectly.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
