I will be towing on a dolly, not flat towing. Can I intergrate this part with the tow dolly wiring

Yes, it will drain the battery. Pressing the ignition button without first depressing the brake pedal will set the vehicles electrical system into accessory mode; same as in a keyed ignition vehicle turning the key forward but not to the point of engaging the starter motor. However, if needed, this is why we have the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles, # RM-156-25. This kit allows up to 15 amps from your RV's battery to be used to maintain the charge of your towed car's battery. Please note the attached video of this being installed on a 2016 Mini Countryman.

Yes, the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles, # RM-156-25, connects battery to 6-way or 7-way plug at the front of your towed car. If your RV does not already have the charge line, you will need the # RM-156-75 as well. This includes 14-guage wire, split wire loom, circuit breaker, and hardware.
