Does the cross bar come in black color or only silver for the t load hitch?

The Rhino-Rack T-Load Hitch Mounted Load Assist and Support Bar for 2" Hitches - 49" # RTL002 is only offered with a silver Rhino-Rack Vortex crossbar, however, down the road you could swap out the crossbar with a black 49" Vortex crossbar # RRVA126B if you so desired. This setup is also compatible with Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty Crossbar.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
