Question:
Will this work for my two Aventon Aventure Step Throughs. Yakima 2inch with ramp Y36FR. Bikes have 4 inch tires. Weight is 63 lbs./bike with batteries removed. I also need a hitch for a 2016 Acura MDX AWD/SH with 19 inch wheels. I am being told that this cannot take a hitch? Is this true. If not true which hitch would you recommend. Instead I may have to use my smaller vehicle which is a 2018 Mazda CX5? Which hitch would you recommend?

When it comes to your Aventon Aventure step-through bikes, the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR has a 66-lbs per bike capacity but you will need to add the Fat Tire Strap # Y23FR to allow the OnRamp to be compatible with your 26 x 4" tires.
It's not that you can't install a hitch like the Curt # C13146 on your 2016 Acura MDX, but because you've got the 19" wheels the spare tire that is stored under the vehicle cannot be re-installed. You could use it, but you'd need to store the spare inside the vehicle so it's not the most convenient solution.
If you wanted a solution that wouldn't require traveling without a spare or having it take up space in the back of your car, the Curt # C13315 is the hitch I recommend using on your 2018 Mazda CX-5 because of the durable powder coat that Curt uses on their hitches. This is a Class III hitch, so it's well rated to handle carrying electric bikes and the 2 inch receiver will fit the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out.
