Question:
My trailer valet xl will not stay on the trailer. As soon as I begin to move the travel trailer 3500lbs. The valet begins to move on the coupling and eventually the ball works itself right off of the trailer causing it to an inch onto to the jack. After 3 attempts at tightening the coupling with the provided tool. By tighten I mean full force this thing isnt budging toque. It continues to fall off of the ball. I believe I ended up bending the coupling on the travel trailer due to the valet not staying put. I see this product negates the need for the valet to be attached via the ball. Is this product the answer to my problem?

The Trailer Valet XL Mounting Bracket # TVXLMB would indeed fix the issue you are having with your Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly # TVXL2.
This bracket gives you a different area to connect the dolly to, and will be quite a bit more secure than the coupler of your 3500lb travel trailer. This is due to this bracket being secured to your dolly with pins meaning it cannot work its way loose. Since you were having issues regarding getting the dolly to stay connected securely to your trailers coupler this would definitely be an upgrade that I recommend.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
