Question:
What is difference between this and the RhinoFlex? Is it better?

The RhinoEXTREME RV Sewer Hose w/ Swivel Fittings # CAM39861 referenced in your question is essentially an upgraded version of the RhinoFLEX hoses, such as # CAM39761. The primary difference is that the RhinoEXTREME features a thicker sidewall that will provide better durability and a longer lifespan when compared to the RhinoFLEX. Because of this, the RhinoFLEX tends to be a little more flexible in terms of compressing the hose, but the RhinoEXTREME will still be able to compress easily for storage.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
