not sure which kit should be looking. i see a kit for pre 2009 and a kit for after 2013.

I would be happy to help, but first I will need to know a little bit of information on the axle on your 2009 Forest River Salem Sport 5th Wheel Toy Hauler.

What I will need is the bearing combination of your axle. If your axle tag is still located on the center of the axle, I can use the information on that to identify your bearing combination.

If the tag is missing then you will need to remove one of your hubs and look for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of each bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.

If your bearings are worn to the point that you cannot read the bearing numbers you will need to use digital calipers # PTW80157 to precisely measure your spindles in the locations shown in the included diagram.

With the above information I will be able to confirm which disc brake kit and hubs will fit your specific trailer.
