will they let the camper move sum my camper is around 2500 pounds

Yes. The TorkLift Basic SpringLoad Turnbuckles for Camper Tie-Downs - Qty 2 # TLS9000 are spring loaded so they'll work well to allow the camper to shift around slightly while not being too rigid on the frame. These do a great job when used with Torklift tie downs, so if you also need those just let me know what the year, make and model of the truck is and I can help you locate the correct parts for that.
