Hi Mark,
I don't have any database to confirm for you if the MORryde Safe-T-Rail Telescoping RV Hand Rail part # MR54BR will fit your Forest River IBEX 19QBS. However, the handle may fit if your trailer meets certain standards the handle requires for it to be properly installed on a camper. The Safe-T-Rail can ONLY be installed on 5th wheels or travel trailers with flat fiberglass walls and shouldn't be used on corrugated steel walls, curved walls, or motorhomes.
The handrail needs to be completely free of any obstructions, so you'll need to take some measurements to ensure there's enough space. There are four measurements you'll need to check:
1. No trim or obstructions, including around a fold out step well.
2. The slide out should be at least 4 1/4" away from the outer edge of the door frame.
3. Windows and awning arms should be at least 2 1/2" from the door frame.
4. There should be no obstructions within 1 7/8" under the door to fit the bottom bracket.
If you have any rubber seals or trim that can be removed that is okay to do. You'll need to cut and seal those areas to prevent any water damage though. The screw holes from the original handle will need to be filled as well with caulk or sealant if the Safe-T-Rail brackets don't cover the holes. Once you've confirmed there's room for the handle, installation is relatively easy from there and I've also included a video showing it being installed for reference.
Once you've checked your measurements, let me know if there's space for the handle to install!

It works great and fits on my Sierra fifth wheel. The size of it should allow it to fit in many applications.

Mark This Hand rail should fit your trailer with no problems. I installed mine on a Jayce Seneca Super C motorhome as the staircase to get in our coach is very steep. My wife and I are in our 70’s and it has been a great aid in our travels. You will like it I’m sure and it is very well made. Tom
