The correct replacement size for a B78-13ST is a 175/80-13. For this, I recommend the Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire part # TTWTRTM1758013C which is an excellent radial ply option that will run cooler. It also has an 81 mph and two-year warranty.
