The Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550037 requires multiple mounting points on the frame of your 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. Therefore you will not be able to use the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter # 16310. No autoslide 5th wheel hitches can be used with a single point mount such as a B&W turnover ball or Curt double lock gooseneck.
The Underbed Rail and Installation Kit for Demco Hijacker # DR37FR will allow you to keep a clean bed when you do not have the Hijacker in your Silverado. And if you need to pull a gooseneck trailer their Demco Hijacker UMS Series Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # DM5988 is also available.
