It could probably be done but not as easily as campers with a laminated wall structure. Most RV Exterior ladders such the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder, # SP502L, will best support that type of siding. There is a backing needed for support with the type of structure your Coleman Lantern Travel Trailer has that is not needed for laminated walls. The nature of the design of laminated walls provides enough structure in most camper builds. If your trailer was built with additional backing installed you should be able to do so with a ladder that has the right mounting pieces. The Surco # SP502L has supports that can be mounted anywhere along the length of the ladder. You will also need to ensure you have a roof that can support the weight and attachment. A "walkable" roof.

Your best course of action is to contact the trailer manufacturer directly with the VIN and Model, they will tell you if the mounts are in the wall or how to check for them and then go from there.
