The Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top and Side Steps # F008585 is also available as a 2-pack # F008585-2 for your 1999 Escort WT18GA Boat Trailer. These universal fit heavy duty fenders are designed for 15" wheel and tires and are capable of supporting up to 300lbs each. The black is molded into the fender so if you rub or scratch the fenders the paint will not come off.
These are designed to bolt onto brackets that are 34" apart and up to 4" wide. If you do not have brackets at these points the Galvanized Steel, L-Shaped, Bolt-On Brackets # PF775-BKT-2 will give you 2 brackets for 1 fender.
