The Demco # DM72VR Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuating Coupler would require four 1/2 x 4-1/2 inch grade 5 bolts to install it on a trailer tongue. I've linked to a product description video as well as a photo with the bolt spacing that you might find helpful.
