For your 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty, you can use either of the Recon hitches, the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045 or # DM8550045-5W.
These are exactly the same thing, we just add the "5W" to the end of the part number for the purposes of our fit guide. But there is no difference at all between the two so both will be able to install on the gooseneck ball of your 2015 F-250.
