The Flex-a-lite Transmission Cooler # FLX400008 does not have a class rating. It is a smaller cooler at only 11" wide x 3-5/32" tall x 3/4" deep.

The larger Derale Series 7000 Tube-Fin Cooler # D13311 is 13-1/2" wide x 5-1/8" tall x 3/4" deep. This cooler has a class I rating with your 2008 Honda Ridgeline.
