I’m concerned the unused ball may be in the way do to the height of the truck . Do you cell a single ball for this mount ?

For an adjustable ball mount with a single ball on it that can do 9 inches of drop like the # BWTS10043B that you referenced we have the Gen-Y Ball Mount part # GY42FR but we don't have a single ball version of the B and W you referenced. Then for a hitch ball to fit the platform you'd need the part # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
