Does The Thule T2 Pro XTR Come With An Arm Lock?

Question:
Does the Thule T2 Pro XTR ratchet arm come with a lock or option for a lock like the T2 Classic? If not, why would Thule eliminate that security and safety feature on such a high-end rack?

Be sure to watch my review video of the Thule T2 Pro # TH83JV. It does have cable locks stowed away in the wheel hook arms! It's hard to see since they stow away so nicely. I really like the design especially compared to just having a sloppy bike cable that doesn't stow away in the arm.
