The exterior length I'm seeing for your Oliver Legacy Elite Travel Trailer is 23'-6". The # 290-74841 only goes up to 22' so it will be too short. I recommend the Adco Polypropylene Storage Lot RV Cover for Travel Trailer - Up To 26' Long - Tan
