I can tell you that the Curt # C31089 will sit fairly flush or even slightly behind the farthest edge of the front end of your 2019 Ram 2500, so it's not exactly ideal for a bike rack. A better solution might be the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # DT36MR which has about a 4-1/2" longer receiver tube and will stick out a bit further from the bumper, making it better suited for carrying a bike rack. This front hitch also has a 500-lbs vertical load capacity, so you'll want to make sure that your carrier and cargo don't weigh more than that. It does not fit with diesel models.
