Question:
Overview. I purchased a Roadmaster Nighthawk Towbar RM-676, and a Roadmaster HI-Lo 4inch Hitch receiver 048-4 to flat tow a 2021 Jeep Rubicon with the Roadmaster RM521453-5 baseplate kit installed. Vehicle will be towed behind a 2021 Jayco Class A motorhome with a 2inch x 2inch hitch receiver with a 5/8inch opening. Question. Will the RM-316 lock set securely connect the two vehicles. Im a beginner with zero TOAD experience in need of some guidance before a lengthy trip. As you can tell from my ions, I am overly cautious and our safety is paramount. Thanks!

Helpful Expert Reply:
The Roadmaster Trailer Hitch Locks # RM-316 you were looking at will lock the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter to your 2021 Jayco Class A's trailer hitch receiver, and the Roadmaster Nighthawk All-Terrain # RM-676 to the adapter, but will not lock the tow bar yo your Jeep.
You will also want to add the Quick-Disconnect Padlocks for Roadmaster Tow Bars - Qty 2 # RM-302 which will replace the quick disconnect pins holding your tow bar to the Roadmaster Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 on your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.
This will completely lock the tow bar to your towed vehicle, and to your motorhome.
I went ahead and included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
