Whats the best way and with what product can these and the rest of my roadmaster set up be cleaned and lubed

Hey Laura, welcome back! You can use the Roadmaster Tow Bar Cleaner # RM-9932 along with the Roadmaster LubeMaster Dry Silicone Spray # RM-747. I don't know which particular tow bar you have but you will want to follow the instructions under Care and Cleaning in the manual for your particular tow bar. I attached the Roadmaster Falcon 3HD # RM27NQ page below as an example.

Laura, I use both the cleaner and the lube before and after each trip to ensure my Roadmaster tow bar works flawlessly. As you are aware, towbars are not cheap, and have to be reliable due to the important job they perform. I also use these products on my RV hydraulic leveling system jackshafts, which are effectively the same setup as with the towbar shafts. Hope my input helps you to make your decision. I just spray on the the cleaner so that it will run down the shaft of the tow bar then slide the bar in and out to work the cleaner on then wip it down and then spray the lube on all moving parts and I'm good to go.
