How Can I Verify Which Bolt Pattern My Trailer Wheels Are So I Can Order The Correct New Wheels?

Every where I search and from looking at my wheel in person the bolt patter is 15in 5x5. It will be going on a performance 14ft utility trailer. My brothers big tex wheel bolts right on mine. Is there any way to confirm this before I place my order?

There sure is!
You will want to measure your current wheel following the included help article that goes over measuring your bolt pattern.
If you do have the 5 on 5" bolt pattern the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel - 5 on 5 - Load Range C # TA43ZR you were looking at will fit perfectly.
If you have the more common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern instead then you will need # AM32395 instead.
