We have just what you need!

Since the hitch height on your vehicle is 17-1/4" and the coupler height of your trailer is 16-1/4" you would need a ball mount with a 1" drop to level your trailer, but such a ball mount does not exist. Instead I recommend the Curt Solid 2-Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2" and 2-5/16" Balls - 10K - Black # C45660 which has no drop, but the tongue weight of the trailer will push down on it and bring you very close to level.

This mount is rated for up to 7500lbs trailer weight, and 750lbs tongue weight with the 2" ball which will be more than enough for you trailer.

From the top of the shank to the top of the 2" hitch ball on the # C45660 is 2-3/4" as shown in the included diagram, so the top of the hitch ball will be exactly 20" off the ground.

For a locking hitch pin and coupler lock I recommend the Master Lock Hitch Receiver and Coupler Latch Lock Set - Padlock - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # 2848DAT which includes a 5/8" locking hitch pin that has a useable length of 2-3/4", and a locking coupler pin that will fit your Demco EZ Latch Coupler perfectly.

I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
