Help! We are stuck at a campground. The jaws will not unlock from the king pin. We had to loosen the puck system to release the truck from the camper. Help

It sounds to me like the jaws on your Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 25,000lbs Item # C16265 need to be greased or that you may have backed into the king pin with the jaws not locked in the coupling position and could have damaged the jaws. If you did damage the jaws you'll need to replace the head of the hitch with the Replacement Head Unit for Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 25,000lbs # C16565.
If that's not the case make sure your landing gears are down enough to take the pressure off of the hitch but still be somewhat level to not cause a pinch with the king pin and then try to release the jaws. To grease the jaws you can use the Mini Grease Gun # 30-800 and some black graphite grease. The attached video will show you the grease fitting connection points.
