Does the trailer light come with the light bulb? Is it compatible with a 2004 Winnebago Rialta motorhome to be installed on the front top of the cab?

For your 2004 Winnebago Rialta motorhome I recommend going with the LED Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light w/ Reflector # MCL0030ABB. This light is only 3/8" thick and uses an LED so there is no need to change the bulbs when they go out. It also has a 2 wire pigtail so that you will not have to modify the light to work on your Rialta.
The Optronics Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light # MC68AB that you inquired about will include a incandescent light bulb. It can be mounted on your Rialta but will require a ground wire to be connected to the mounting hardware since it is a 1 wire type connection.
