Can I put 20.5 ×8-10 inplace of 18.5 8.5-8 I raise the suspension 2 inches bolt pattern 5 on 4 and 1/2.

You can replace your current 18x8.50-8 # AM89992 with a Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel # AM3H350 as long as you are able to maintain the proper tire clearance. The new tire will be 0.2" narrower and 3" taller over all. This means that your tire clearance vertically will be reduced by 1-1/2".
A 2" lift would allow you to still maintain proper clearances needed with the larger tires.
