I would like to know if you can equip a 2021 wolf pack 365pack16 with a rhino box, switch to a 20k reese goosebox as it doesn’t seem to have any of the pin box’s listed.

I have a fifth wheel to gooseneck adapter solution for a trailer that has a Rhino pin box like your 2021 Wolf Pack 365pack16 but there are no Goose Boxes that can fit in place of the Rhino. Instead you'd want the part # CAB-C5G which attaches to the king pin of your current pin box and converts it to gooseneck coupler.
