My pads measure 5 3/4”. Do you know if these will fit my LCI model 337199 electric stabilizer Jack?

The SnapPads # SN39FR that you referred to are 5-1/2" in size and your metal pads are 5-3/4", so your feet are too big for the pads. You will need the # SN99FR pads designed for metal feet 5-3/4" to 6".
Please measure all 4 feet before ordering. It is not unusual for front and back feet to be different sizes.
