Question:

Does the head of the power cord fit through the Electrical Cable Hatch for RVs - 5-1/8inch Diameter - White my current cable hatch or the Valterra Electrical Cable Hatch for RVs - 5-3/16inch Diameter - White? BTW, I plan to replace my current hatch as all of the prongs have broken which allowed a squirrel to find it way into the cord box to chew up my current power cord. My current cord is about 35foot in length, yet I did not see anything at that length. If another cord can do the job, I do not mind cutting off the female end. MH - 09 Jayco Greyhawk 31ss. The plug of the Epicord Hardwire RV Power Cord # 277-000146 is approximately 1-3/4" wide x 3" in depth so it would fit through your access hatch. It is the longest hardwire option that we currently offer at 30'. Since you're fine with cutting the plug off you could just go with the Mighty Cord RV Extension Cord # A10-3050E, which is 50' in length and just cut the female plug off.
