Your bus started off life as a cutaway van chassis, then it was shipped to an upfitter that installed the bus body on it. There are many different upfitters out there and most of the bus bodies are different enough that one hitch won't fit all.

In order to determine which one you'll need, you'll need to take a measurement to determine the required drop. Measure the vertical distance from the underside of the frame member to the underside of the bumper at its lowest. You'll need to choose a hitch with a drop greater than the measurement you took, or the receiver tube won't clear the bumper.

If the drop measurement you get is less than 7-inches, the Draw-Tite Class V service body hitch you'd looked at, # 41990-07, will fit as long as the outside to outside frame member width isn't greater than 44 inches.
