Question:
These 2 jacks look great. But they are nearly identical jacks, this one and the MJSQ-2500B. This one is nearly double the price of the MJSQ-2500B and I cannot see in the specs anything different. What about this one makes it nearly double the price of the nearly identical MJSQ-2500B? Please and thank you.

Though these two jacks do look to be nearly identical, there is one fairly large difference, and one lesser of one as well.
The large one being the weight capacities they can handle. The # HD50000101 is rated up to 5,000 pounds, whereas the # MJSQ-2500B is rated up to 2,500 pounds. So it is mostly the internals that are different, which is why they look like each other.
The smaller difference is how the cranks attach to the jack. The # HD50000101 has a gear box, for the lack of a better way to put it, on top of the jack and the # MJSQ-2500B has a completely hidden internal mechanism.
