I have a replacement light option for you, but we do not offer a replacement lens for the Glo-Brite 122 at this time.
The closest replacement option is the LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light with Reflex Reflector - 2 Diodes - Red Lens # 328-K-52 if you are needing a red light, or # 328-K-51 if you are needing an amber light.
Both of these options measure 4" long x 1-1/2" tall and have mounting holes that are 3" apart on center as shown in the included diagram.
