What is the Bumper Clearance for the Draw-Tite 24874 on a 2012 Mazda 5

Question:
Hello, I am all set to purchase the Drawtite #24874 for my 2012 Mazda 5. I have a 1Up bike rack, and want to know the distance from the hitch to the end of the bumper to make sure I have enough clearance to use my bike rack. I noticed in the pictures that it is recessed far back from the end of the bumper. Thanks for the help!

When the Draw-Tite # 24874 is installed on a 2012 Mazda 5, the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper will be 4 3/4 inches. It will also sit at 12 1/2 inches from the ground to the top of the receiver. I included a link to an install we did with this hitch on a 2012 Mazda 5 for you to take a look at as well.
