Question:
Should the rack bounce at the hinge or should it lock up fairly tightly? Any bump and the thing bounces like crazy. The hitch is tight with one of you securing mechanisms.

Expert Reply:
Some movement can be eliminated with a stabilizer , but since it's at the hinge it seems like a rack issue. If the movement is happening at the hitch, try tightening it down a little bit more than before. If you've already tried that you can get this stabilizer # e99007 to contain the movement. If the movement is in the mechanism of the T2 Pro # TH83JV itself, then make sure you torqued the bolts down tight when assembling. The hitch stabilizer will help.
