My trailer brakes tag say B12E-01 left B12E-02 right Axletek 12GG CSA STD Can 3 D 313-M85 need to buy the set 2 Right and 2 Left. 2 axle

It sounds like you're looking for replacement brakes for your tandem axle trailer. The Axletek brakes that you've got are 12" electric brakes, so to replace those you'll want to use the # AKEBRK-7-SA, which are 12" x 2" self adjusting electric brakes that are sold as a pair (left and right). These are a great choice because they won't require any adjusting, so they're basically maintenance free. These do not come with brake mounting hardware so you'll also need # BRKH12.
For a tandem axle trailer you'll need 2 sets of mounting hardware and 2 sets of brakes.
