replacement stairs for Eagle Cap 1165 Truck Camper

I an trying to figure out if the following product will work on my 2021 Eagle Cap Truck Camper - TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear - 6 Steps - 27-1/2inch Base - 325 lbs Item # TLA8006

You will need two measurements to determine the best fit for your camper. First is the "Entry Height". This is the measurement from the top of the mounting bracket to the ground. See the example picture on the product page. The TorkLift # TLA8006 that you referenced is suitable for entry heights between 46-1/2" to 60".

The second measurement is the "Mounting Bracket Width". With the old steps removed, there will be a black metal mounting bracket that held the old steps. If yours measures between 25-1/2" and 27-1/2" then the # TLA8006 will be a good fit. If yours is narrower than that, then the # TLA8106 would be the right size.

I like that that the # TLA8106 or # TLA8006 will work between 46-1/2" and 60" giving you a lot of flexibility for the variable height situation that slide in campers can sometimes face depending if the camper is in the truck bed or not.

If you have dogs you may want to consider the Safe Step # TLA7602 vinyl barrier. My smallest dog does not like the steps you can see through until I lay a blanket over them. This is an easier and safer solution for that issue. Pack includes barriers for three steps.
