Are there cheaper options that you trust? I already have the aero bars from Yakima so really just need the side rails to compete the package.

I do have options for you but I don't have any information that the Dutchmen Coleman Rubicon comes equipped with a factory rack. That said, it would be pretty easy to add one using a kit like the Yakima Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells part # Y67CV. This kit installs via tracks which get bolted to the roof and then provides you with adjustable crossbars to secure your gear.
